If you are an unmarried Wisconsin resident and are applying for a loan by yourself, then select the button below for “Individual Credit - Unmarried”
If you are a married Wisconsin resident and are applying for a loan using just your income to qualify, then select the button for “Individual Credit - Married.” A credit report will be pulled for both you and your spouse, and your spouse’s debts will be calculated with your own when determining debt-to-income qualifications. Only your income will be included in the calculation.
If you are a married Wisconsin resident and are applying for a loan with your spouse, then select the button below for “Joint Credit - with Spouse.” Income and debts will be calculated with both you and your spouse to qualify for the loan.
If you are an unmarried Wisconsin resident and are applying for a loan with a co-applicant who is also an unmarried Wisconsin resident, then select the button below for “Joint Credit - with Co-Applicant.”
